Abstract

The article proposes an analysis of the income tax in the United Kingdom. The author utilizes the concepts of the comparative doctrine to raise some doubts about theories regarding this tax. Proposes the lecture of British authors, exposing the uneasyness that such thema has. After all he points up some aspects of this tax, observed in the tax system of the United Kingdom.
