The present essay aims to present a few notes about the contribution of Alcides Jorge Costa, Full Professor of Tax Law retired from the Faculty of Law of the University of São Paulo, to Legal sciences as well as positive Tax Law, briefly commenting some biographical and bibliographical information of the renowned Professor.
