Abstract

The definition of sham in Brazil, mainly since 2002, is being subject not properly to alteration by the authors, but to a more accurate attention in view of the doutrinary regular evolution and of some new rules issued by the 2002 Civil Code. The same care is necessary when someone studies Tax Law and when such law is enforced. Such is the aim of this article.
