Abstract

This article considers a few aspects of environment preservation and its report with legislative scope on a Federative System concerning the levy due for police power use. According to a constitutional law point of view analysis and aiming to present a few of the main doctrinaire and jurisprudential overviews on the issue, the specific environmental ordered levy is seen as capable of institution by the various entities that form the Brazilian Federation.
