Limite a uma Limitação

Abstract

The present work deals with the constitutional principle of the economic order of free competition as a threshold to limit the financial power of the State, with the case examined the reciprocaltax immunity of the Brazilian Post and Telegraph Company (EBCT). To do so, will discuss topics such as financial power, a limitation to this power, the connection between tax immunity and protection of freedoms, especially freedom competitive and, ultimately, the issue of reciprocal immunity of state companies and limiting suffering in the order economic, based on free competition.
